Will got involved in local politics as soon as he was old enough to vote. He was in the State Senate chamber the day Senator Barry Parker announced his bid for Governor of New Jersey in late 1980, and spent months volunteering in his campaign office. Will ran for school board for the first time at age 19 (he lost that race) but he stayed interested. He earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky and has now served eleven years on the Mount Holly Township School Board. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey School Boards Association - twice - where he worked on budgets, school finance, school law and ethics. Will has voted in 36 Republican primaries in Burlington County.
